Login to your A Tres Puntos account and click on 'merchandise returns'.
Here you can see your purchase, press 'delivered'.
Complete why you wish to return your item. After you fill out your reason, we will check if we think it is a valid reason for the return. This means that you can only continue once we have accepted it.
Don't forget to click the blue check mark and specify exactly which items in your order you want to return.
You must wait several times until it is accepted. Thank you in advance for your patience.
